Huge update
This update entails a lot of fixes regarding almost everything about the game, as stated in the game's changelogs, these are some of the fixes in the game:
• The pause button now works as intended, allowing the user to pause the game and all the objects stop moving.
• Introduced the settings menu to allow the user set v-sync, fps limit, if they should be in fullscreen or not and be able to set the master volume of all the audio in the game.
• Added level 5!
• Optimised the games loading time and overall performance... Not that it needed it lol.
• I plan to use data streaming for the image background for levels to save storage.
• Fixed some issues regarding how the menu scenes load.
• Added click sounds to the menu which I completely forgot I was supposed to do.
• Added climbing raycasting to the upperhalf of the body so it can climb easier
And that is only a few so that the user didn't get confused. There was a lot of styling elements in the game that were baked into the scenes which would cause the scenes to take forever to load also another thing that caused extended loading times is the render was the same across all devices leading to a not-very-good experience when loading the game properly on your beefy machines, now the game uses the ideal renderer based on your platform (originally all used webGL or equivalent).
I think the main features to take away from this update are:
Level 5, settings menu and improved loading times on all devices (apart from web, that remains the same.)
